Today I woke up sick and still at 150 pounds :/ I was just happy I didnt gain anything because I ate pretty late last night. I stayed in bed for a long while but around 4 i went and worked out, and did a 3 mile walk/run and loss 351 calories. Now I feel great! I just hope that it paid off tomorrow. I love the feeling that I get when I know that I shouldnt gain anything the next day, but will hopefully lose. I just ate a twix (171 calories) and now im about to watch Beauty and the Beast on ABC Family….I would say that is a good day wouldn’t you?
